Items purchased from us are only eligible for refund if:

  • The item has not been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • The item remains in its original condition with complete packaging and accessories.
  • The refund request is made within the approved return period.

2. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 working days after the item has been received and inspected by our team.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be approved for:

  • Opened or used devices.
  • Tampered or damaged items after delivery.
  • Devices with removed seals or altered packaging.
  • Software-related issues after setup or activation.
  • Change of mind after purchase and use.

4. Delivery & Service Policy

Orders are processed immediately after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location and delivery service availability.

Customers are advised to inspect all items upon delivery before use. Once an item has been opened or tampered with, it may no longer qualify for refund or return.

5. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment or dispatch. Once an item has been shipped or delivered, cancellation may not be possible.
